The 4th Edition of the Aragas iDuathlon will be held on sunday 14/04/2013 on the beach of Knokke-Heist! Aragas iDuathlon consits of three parts:

This event is a challenge for profesional athletes as amateurs. The diversified track with beach as paved surface and the 3 steap hills assures this! The participants pass the centre of the challenge 7 times, this makes it easier for both the athlete and supporter to enjoy the race!
The "Aragas iDuathlon is part of the sport incentive project "een zee van sport" by the municipality of Knokke-Heist. This project means that when you participate in at least 5 sports events from the list you get half your entry fee back. The people who participate in 10 sport events will fully get there registration fee payed back.
